Immigration Services LLC
Terms of Service
Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Sol Consulting Immigration Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. Our services include immigration document preparation, guidance, and related administrative support — not legal representation or advice.
Nature of Services
We are registered and bonded immigration consultants, not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, interpretation of law, or legal representation. Our role is to help clients prepare immigration applications, gather supporting documents, and navigate procedural requirements in a clear and organized way.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing all prepared documents before submission, and responding promptly to communication requests. We are not responsible for delays or denials, including those caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing information provided by the client.
Fees and Payments
Our service fees are discussed clearly during your consultation and must be paid before services are rendered. Government filing fees (such as USCIS or consular fees) are separate and not included in our service fees. We aim to keep our prices affordable, transparent, and accessible for all clients.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. You may cancel your service contract on or before midnight of the third business day after signing, excluding weekends and state or federal holidays, as allowed under Utah state law.

If work has not yet begun at the time of cancellation, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion. However, once work has started — including time spent reviewing documents, preparing forms, or communicating about your case — all sales are final due to the time and preparation involved.
We value fairness and transparency and will always review refund requests with care and understanding.
Communication
We aim to review and respond to all messages within 48 business hours, communicating primarily through email or text. Response times may occasionally be longer during busy periods or for more complex questions that require additional research. We’re committed to keeping you informed and will provide updates on your case as appropriate throughout the process. It is the client’s responsibility to check messages and respond promptly.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality for all personal information shared with us, except where disclosure is required by law. For more information on how we protect your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
No Guarantee of Outcome
While we work diligently to prepare accurate and complete applications, we cannot guarantee approval, as final decisions are made by U.S. government agencies. Our role is to help ensure that your case is filed correctly and that you understand each step of the process.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. We are committed to professionalism and accuracy, but some factors are beyond our control once your case is filed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in accordance with Utah law.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about any updates.
